I use Ultimate member on another website and have no issues, On this website it will not allow me to edit the fields for Login, register, or profile. I have tried creating new form names and still will not allow me to edit. On the default registration it does state that “Note:?Form type cannot be changed for the default forms.” so i tried to create new registration forms with different names but it would not allow me to edit the new forms either.

    any help would be appreciated!!

Look at the Browser Web Console if you get any JavaScript errors.
Right button click on your mouse, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test.

    Veronica Thanks,

I removed all other plugins other than latest version of WordPress, still would not allow me to edit, I deleted Ultimate Member and reinstalled and attempted again to edit default forms with no luck. I also changed themes. I would delete my entire website and start from scratch, but I have put weeks of effort into it. I would appreciate any other suggestions. It works on my other website so with the same theme Ocean WP. Thanks

something is really wrong I went back to my other website where the Forms edit was working Forms ? Patios of Chestnut Creek — WordPress (thepatioschestnutcreek.com) and tried to edit the registration form it allowed me to attempt to add a new phone field but after I set up the fields parameters it provided me no mechanism to update it. Also when you are on the forms page and you click on all forms or published forms it only displays one form at a time. To get to the other forms I have to do a search.

Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file when you do the tests: .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.
