Cannot edit event details and Settings

I’m running a 2.3.7 version of All in 1 Event Calendar Plugin.
Lastly I can’t edit event details (location, cost, tickets) – it does nothing. Also I can’t edit Settings – nothing appears there.
I tried to disable all plugins and activate theme Twenty Thirteen, but nothing changed. I also tried to delete two tags in MySQL with ai1ec_ as it was conseled in a forum by Plugin author. But nothing changes.
I know this issue appears to more people but still I didn’t find any solution.
Could you help, please?
