Cannot edit date and enter quick edit after update to 4.5

Hi,
I have a problem after updating to WP 4.5 today – I cannot enter quick edit at all (just jums to #) and when I enter the post, imposible to edit the date. (the url just jumps to #edit_timestamp and nothing else happens).

Anybody has the same problem > or even better – has the solution?
