    Hi there,
    Thanks for trying our plugin!

We had issue with Photon only but it was fixed a year ago. Most likely issues caused by server limitations (low php memory limit)? Are you sure to use the latest version of our plugin?

I will ask our support team to test again our Page Builder against Jetpack and see how we can improve it in the future updates (if there are any issues in our code).

    Thank you!

    Hi,

What are the exact server limitations or minimums as it worked fine before. I’m sure I’m using the latest version of the plugin but please supply the version number so I can compare just in case.

Please update this space with any findings if possible.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Latest version is 1.0.7.2
php_memory_limit should be set at least to 64mb

I will update you on progress.

Can you please tell me the name of the plugin? I’m not sure we are talking about the same one.

This my info on the memory:
    PHP Version : 5.6.19 / 32Bit OS
    Memory limit : 120 MB
    Memory usage : 25.34 MB

    An update on the case.

I didn’t even have this plugin installed and when I tried to install it and activate it and it crashed the whole site.

I had to manually delete it and start working like before.

Is this the plugin that is causing my issue?

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,
It’s easy to find out by checking your log file. Every server log all the errors and events. If you do not have access to it, then please ask the hosting to show were it’s located.

It will be great if you show us this log file via https://livecomposerplugin.com/support/support-request/ so our developer can find the real problem behind it.

    Thank you.
