Cannot Edit Contact Form after setup

    Hi
    I am using the Vantage theme with Page Builder and the widgets bundle.
    I have set up a Siteorigin contact form which works but when I attempt to go back into the widget to amend details I am just presented with an almost blank page with the day, date and time in the top left corner.
    A similar setup works fine on another site.
    Would appreciate some help please.
