Cannot edit canonical tag for home page

    Using the Yoast SEO plugin, I can edit canonical tags for all pages and posts except for my home page! Going to SEO–>Titles & Metas–>Homepage there are only options for editing title template and description for the static home page, and no option for editing canonical tag. Is this a feature that can be added, or is there a workaround for this?

    Go into the home page itself – as an individual page – and edit it there as you would for any normal page.
