Previously I created a form and modified the Custom Colors. Now, when I enter the form edit screen, go to Appearance > Colors > Custom and select an element, It takes me to a blank page consisting only the WPMU Dev Footer.

I’ve tried editing several forms, tested on the staging server, disabling other plugins, clearing caches and re-installing the plugin, but it still doesn’t work.

PS You also have a typo in the section description:
“Adjust de default colour combinations to match your theme styling”).

Same here. Blank page occurs in several scenarios, like customizing the colors or editing fields such as the section field.

After running the basic “deactivation plugin test”, in my case, this error was caused my a conflicting plugin. I deactivated and deleted it and this error is not ocurring anymore. Thank you WPMU Team for giving me the hint in another post!
