    That’s weird! This message might display when you’re trying to change the status by clicking one of the gray squares and you’re not authenticated, but definitely not when you try to edit a task. Are you sure this is the actual message you get? If you couldn’t edit a task, you should rather get “Sorry, you can’t edit this task.”

    Yes, this is the message I get. When I was training the client how to use it back in July everything was fine. Now yesterday when the client started using it and will continue to use it weekly and this happened.

    If you want me to setup you up with a username and password so you can look at it for yourself, just let me know the best way to contact you privately.
