I upgraded to 2.9.2 a couple of days ago, but now I cannot edit any of my theme files. I have checked with my host and all permissions are correct.

The last thing I did was install the linkwithin plug-in for related posts with thumbnails (since I could not get any other plug-in to work properly)

I am using the lifestyle theme.

    Please help me?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

I tried the default theme, but it didn’t work. I do not understand about resetting the plug-ins folder and your last thought seems unfinished.

Sorry – that should have been:

re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    Did you deactivate all plugins.

Yes, I have since deactivated all plug-ins & reactivated them one by one. It seems it was the AnyFont plug-in that was the problem, however I didn’t have any of these problems PRIOR to upgrading to the new version of WP.

I really don’t get it. Are there any reported bugs with the latest upgrade?

No known bugs of this type. How many other plugins do you have active? It could be that AnyFont isn’t playing nicely with another plugin.
