Cannot edit and strange character appearing

  • Hi All!

    I cannot edit posts while on the manage posts page. The textarea to input the data is not working? The code and text in the page just blinks on for a sec then blank in both the visual and code mode.

    Also, the character ? is showing up all over the place very strange?
