Cannot edit albums

  • Have you tried disabling other plugins and see if the issue persists?

    When I made an album and dragged a gallery in it, it saved fine and displayed fine as well. Weird.

    Hi again,

    Disabled all plugins, changed theme to 2011 and albums are still refusing to update if I add images in them

    Randomly tried again and it let me add one gallery, then when I added more, they all disappeared and now its back to just not letting me add any.
    It does say “updated successfully” on the top though…

    OK, what version of WordPress are you using? Could you also copy/paste the server information from the overview screen?

    At the moment, I’ve set up page tabs and pasted each gallery individually, which requires more work but gets the job done.

    I have the latest wordpress version: 3.9
    Not sure where to find the server information on the overview screen…do you mean the dashboard, i can’t find anything there
