Cannot Edit A Newsletter

  • We are having an issue with a site running MailPoet 2.

    When we edit a newsletter, and then SAVE, the save is not successful. The message indicates that the newsletter has been saved, but when we move away and return to the newsletter (or preview it) the updates are not present.

    We have tried creating a new newsletter and this works fine…it is only when we duplicate a newsletter, or edit a saved one when this happens.

    I do note a warning has appeared requesting us to upgrade to version 2.10.2, however I didn’t yet want to do this before checking if the above is a known bug and updating will be a resolution?
