Cannot Drag Pins beyond certain point within Viewport

Hey guys, so this is the 2nd time I have made an attempt to use your plugin. I was excited to see it was recently updated. Disappointed to see I am still facing the same issue. Maybe I am missing a step ??
I cannot drag dropped pins on the image, beyond a certain point within the image. I am hitting an invisible edge and not sure where or how that’s being defined.
Can you help explain why? Or if I am missing something?
