Cannot drag and drop a subpage to be a top level page

    Cannot drag and drop a subpage to be a top level page – If I do so, the plugin does show a marker (a right-pointing arrow / horizontal line ) where the page will be placed, but it does not place it there, the subpages remains in its original position.
