Cannot Drag and Drop

Having the same issue after updating WP Core to 5.6.

I’ve not seen this issue with Media Library Folders. I’ve not found any issues with WP 5.6 in my testing.

The Enable Jquery Migrate plugin adds a Jquery Migrate page under the Tools menu. There you can switch back to the earlier version of Jquery, but this is only a temporary fix.

You can try deactivating your site’s other plugins and then see if you can successfully move a file. If this works, then you can see if you can determine which one of your plugins is causing this issue.

Are you still having this issue? If so, could you go to the Media Library Folders Support page on your site, to the System Information tab. Highlight and copy the system information text and paste it into and email. Send the email to support at maxfoundry.com and put ‘Cannot Drag and Drop’ in the subject line.

Just wanted to give feedback. In my case the plugin ‘GDPR Cookie Consent Banner’ caused the issue. When ‘GDPR Cookie Consent Banner’ is deactivated everything works as expected.

We have released version 6.0.8 which address this issue. Please update the plugin.

The fix for this issue in version 6.0.8 is causing an issue for some users. We have released version 6.0.9 that will have the same issue as version 6.0.7. If Media Library Folders 6.0.8 is working on your site, do not update to 6.0.9. Wait for a later version to update.

We have released version 6.1.0 which addresses this issue.
