cannot drag after few seconds

Latest Google map plugin has been working fine, but all of a sudden, it start to have issue. When I look at the firebug, below is the error I am getting.
Is there any suggestion ?You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
