Cannot download stats reports

    I have been using the Ad King pro plugin for sometime, but am now having problems downloading the stats for individual banner ads. If I try and download detailed stats in either CSV or PDF format I get taken to a 404 error page on my website. In some instances there is a message displaying in the browser title tag saying “unable to create output file”. The plugin is up to date, website is here https://www.visitwollombi.com.au

    Hi – just wondering if this Plugin is still being supported? I need to work out why the stats will no longer download. Thank you!

    Still waiting on a response … if this plugin is no longer being supported perhaps a good idea to remove it!! Can you please advise what’s going on, as I need to look for another ad plugin if you are no longer supporting this one.

    Hi Melanie,

    I was having the same issue. I manually created a directory named outputs in the adkingpro plugin folder and then was able to download stats reports.

    Hi,

    Firstly I advise you take Todd’s advice to get your outputs working. Failing that, I recommend you make an export of the akp tables in your admin so you don’t lose any of your past stats.

    From this point onwards, I recommend you update your version of AKP to 2.0.1 and ensure you have Google analytics installed on your site as this is a much cleaner and better experience to track and report on your data.
