Cannot Download Purchased Download

    I have setup a paypal sandbox to test the woocomerce. I have 2 issues

    1) no download link in email. I have tried changing the prefix and that didn’t help. I have also tried using the twenty seventeen theme and that didn’t work. However I am not to worried about this at this time

    2) when logged in as the customer and I click on the download link I get this message “Unable to insert download log entry in database.” I cannot find anything on this.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Where can I look to troubleshoot this?

    Fist, make sure you are granting access when “Processing”, under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products:

    Next, make sure the Orders are going to Processing.

    2) when logged in as the customer and I click on the download link I get this message “Unable to insert download log entry in database.” I cannot find anything on this.

    Are you able to reproduce this issue when you try another Order? I wonder if something might just be wrong with that one Order.
