Cannot Download or Print Applications

When viewing an application submitted by an applicant, the download and print options are not working on my site michiganmasons.org. They were working previously, but I am unsure of when this error began occurring. I can see the buttons and click them. The become gray but no action is completed. The console is displaying the following error.
