    Hi there,

    I currently have 3 Google Reviews on a site, and since received a further 2 reviews.

    I clicked on the button to Download New Reviews under the My Reviews tab, and the new reviews did not download. It still shows the 3 reviews. The Download New Reviews button is now disabled and it states that “The manual review download will be available again in 10 day(s).”

    Please advise how I can get the new reviews to show?

    Thank you.

    Hi @thebusinesscat

    Could you please reset the plugin to its default state by navigating to the “Advanced” tab and clicking the “Re-create plugin” button? After that, reconfigure the plugin using the steps in the “Free Widget Configurator”. There’s no need to re-embed the shortcode.

    Once this is done, please check after the next download cycle (in 10 days) to ensure that the new reviews are being downloaded correctly.

    If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

    Hi @lacadev

    Thank you for your message.

    I have did what you have advised, and all the revoews are now downloaded. Thank you for your help with this.

    Another issue is that when you click on the arrows it does not show the all the reviews. The fourth review only shows half, and if you clcik on the arrow, it does not move the slider any further. Any advise? Here is the link to the page.

    Thank you.

    Hi @thebusinesscat

    Thank you for reaching out!

    It seems that the functionality of the widget has been affected by custom CSS code that you’ve added. Specifically, the following code is causing the issue:

    .elementor-2119 .elementor-element.elementor-element-b8313f7 .ti-widget.ti-goog .ti-col-4 .ti-review-item {
    -ms-flex: 0 0 33.3%;
    flex: 0 0 33.3%;

    max-width: 33.3%;
    }

    Could you please remove this code?

    For adjusting the width of the cards, we offer an Advanced Widget Editor in our paid package, which allows you to customize these settings more easily and without affecting the functionality of the widget.

    Let me know if you need further assistance! ??

    Best regards,
