Cannot download multiple files

I cannot download multiple items. I click on each file while holding command to highlight them. It seems to go through the actions, gives a notification on screen to say ‘Download completed’, but nothing pops into the browser window or downloads folder.

I cannot access any sub folder on mobile. An error message appears when I tap on it. I can only view images/files in the root folder. I also get error messages whenever I tap on sync or sort.

The capability to download multiples at once is crucial to my client experience. I’m a photographer and plan to deliver all their images and videos this way. Single file download will be a poor experience that I’m not willing to force my clients to do.
