Cannot download Invoice from email

    Hi, when a user is sent an email with the invoice, it has a link in the email to download the invoice by simply clicking the link. However when we click the link it does not download the invoice.

    On Chrome, we a 404 error type page with the following message. It only loads for a few seconds

    This site can’t be reached
    website?took too long to respond.

    In Edge, in the download box it says the Invoice PDF cannot be downloaded securely.

    Would someone know what may be causing this behaviour?

    ?I supposed this issue is related to a conflict with the theme or other plugins. Could you isolate the issue? Please disable all third-party plugins and switch to Storefront theme in your WordPress and try again. After this, please turn on plugins one by one, and check if the issue appears again.

    Could you reply to me with the results? Could you tell me what WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and plugin versions are installed on your store?
