Cannot download 7zip, dmg…and some other file extensions.

I uploaded some 7zip and dmg file type to server but Download Monitor doesn’t let me download those files. I wonder that maybe Download Monitor doesn’t support these kinds of file extensions? And if it’s true, please tell me how to add more file extensions? Thanks
