Cannot do refund in woocommerce via stripe

Can you please check the following:

– if you’re using Stripe in live mode, live keys should be entered in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe per this document – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-42

– make sure your webhook is also configured properly – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-3

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
