I added a static home page and tried to create a page-of-posts. I gave up after formatting problems and deleted both pages. Then I created a post to be “sticky” to always display on top. Now not matter what I do, I get “Error 404 – Not Found” on the front page even though there are posts. The posts come up when you click on the categories in the sidebar. I tried changing the permalinks and re-indexing but I can’t fix it. I deleted all posts and created some new ones but it doesn’t help. The theme is Hair-and-Rose. Any ideas? Thanks!

Please close this issue – I fixed it by resetting the Reading Settings – “Front page displays” option back to “Your Latest Posts.” Sorry for any inconvenience.
