Cannot display future events more than 1 week ahead

I have updated to latest version 2.1.4, I have already updated Google’s calendar API and I’m using the right calendar ID. Both “Minimum Feed Start Date” and “Maximum Feed Start Date” are set to 3 months, but Google Calendar Events cannot show any events after the 1st week of Dec 2014. It didn’t work even I tried to clear cache and set Cache Duration to 0, and Calendar API show I have definitely used a request every time I reload the page. The URL is:
