Cannot dismiss survey prompt

    The “Thank you for using Google XML Sitemaps! Please help us improve by taking this short survey!” notice is showing when I log into my site’s dashboard.

    As an Editor user I do not have permission to dismiss the notice.

    Maybe don’t show the dismiss link for non-admins.
