cannot disable recaptcha

    Then i tried to install recaptcha and get this error instead !!!:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in /hermes/bosoraweb130/b419/ipg.myhost4evercom/surplusservice.se/wp-content/plugins/wp-recaptcha/recaptchalib.php:47) in /hermes/bosoraweb130/b419/ipg.myhost4evercom/surplusservice.se/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/lib/recaptchalib.php on line 55
    More and more it seems to be buggy sh*t
