Cannot disable exerpt, category and widget from Banner slider section

Hi!
I used to configure your theme New Blog free in
Theme options – Banner slider section
to disable all options
Excerpt display
ReadMore display
Category display
But they had no influence on the resulted Banner on my site.
1) Can you suggest what is wrong with options? Why I cannot remove all this text from Banner?

2) Also I use Plugin Sassy_Social_Share that is also reflected on the banner though it should display icons only in the bottom of each page or post. Does it mean, that this Banner is in fact realized as “page in page”?
