Hi @lordsnake, thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, if you’re experiencing problems with the premium version, we do need to get your access working as we’re unable to discuss anything other than Wordfence free as www.remarpro.com kindly let us use the forums for that purpose.

On the /support/home page you’ve linked above, I see a yellow “PREMIUM SUPPORT” button at the top. Clicking this subsequently displays a page that asks if you’re a customer, with a green “Login here” link that takes you to our premium support sign-in.

You can also access premium support via the Help menu item in the plugin, Help link on the plugin’s Dashboard page, on our documentation homepage or via the HELP link in the footer of all wordfence.com pages.

Try following these links with an incognito browser window or a different browser to your default in case there are some local caching issues preventing those pages from behaving as expected.

If signing in with your credentials or 2FA codes for your account are then an issue, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address or username that is associated with the account so that we can assist you further.

I hope that helps you out,

    Peter.
