    Hi,

I have just recently updated one of my sites to the latest WordPress version: 5.6 and I cannot delete users. I have made sure no orders were related to users. I have tried to delete as customers and changed all users to subscribers and tried to delete. The process goes to the Confirm Deletion page, sits idol for awhile and then the following error appears,

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I never receive an email to the admin.

All help would be appreciated as most of the users are spam and not being able to delete them is very frustrating.

    Thank you,
    Julian

HOW MUCH DAMAGE~ do you think could be done in a 15 min video call BY AN EXPERT?

DON’T all shout at once now please~ TAKE that as a heading and post a new topic.

Then if you’d be so kind~ respond HERE BUT~ only with your name, nothing else!

@ioresearch Hi, issue is resolved. I re-posted the issue this time wording it a little different. I think the key was the person that responded ask to see the error log. I posted part of the error log and from that he was able to determine that it was a plugin causing the problem.

I have gone to plugins in the past when having issues but I just didn’t think it was a plugin this time. Remember, we talked about dreaded plugins. At this point I would say about 80% of issues are due to plugins, maybe.

There is just to much involved in all this to know it all. Anyway, going to mark it resolved and if you want to continue, the following is one of my emails; [email protected]

Not sure about the Elementor video. Something new to me. I guess they might monitor the forum due to so many people using their builder with WordPress.

    Best Regards,
    Julian
