    Hi, I regularly sync my products, but there are a few items which have been deleted from my Woocommerce site, which still show up on the catalog.
    However, I’m unable to delete these products from the catalog, as the Delete button is greyed out, and it asks me to delete it directly from Woocommerce.

    These products have already been deleted, and I have no way to remove them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @hookclothing,

    Since the products no longer exist within WooCommerce, it looks like they would need to be deleted directly in Facebook. You could Select all and then delete them, and then afterward sync them over fresh from Woo, as seen in this screenshot.

    I’m unable to select all, the option isn’t available to me, and if I try to select all by ticking the box above (next to name) it selects only limited products, ie. only 4 out of 1.4k products.
    You can see it in this screenshot.

    Let me know if there’s any other workaround for this!

    This seems like a limitation within Facebook. I recommend reaching out to Facebook regarding this and they should be able to assist your further with the product selection issue. Please refer to this page.
