I am new to WordPress so I practiced and tested the possibilities, built a test page. Now I want to build the real page so I wanted to completely remove WordPress and the test site that i built and reinstall WordPress to start a fresh site on my domain. So i did the following steps:
    1. Deleted all WP folders on my cPanel.
    2. Deleted all MySQL databases and users on cPanel.
    3. Removed WordPress installation on cPanel.
After the cleaning I run a new WordPress installation on my cPanel and to my surprise the old site content came back.
I repeated the deletion and reinstalling of WordPress many times, but still the content keeps coming back.
Does the content somehow is saved on WordPress? Because I deleted everything on my side.
How can a man delete a site completely and start a fresh clean WordPress site?

    No

Are you installing manually or using an auto installer?

I’m using an auto installer that is on my cPanel.

I’m using an auto installer that is on my cPanel.

It might be a long shot, but may be the auto installer is recreating the site, not creating a new one.
