Cannot delete Rules

Hi, ever since the last few updates (Im now using the very latest one at the time of writing Version 4.1.0) I’ve now gone from not being able to save rules to now not being able to delete them. Somehow this is now actually affecting the pricing of products on my site i.e. prices getting converted twice and actually displaying the double converterd amount in product pages. Please fix this asap if this is truly the case as it is affecting my products CTR and costing me sales
