Cannot delete posts or pages

  • Hi,

    I am unable to delete any pages or posts. When I try, I get an internal 500 error or a blank white page. I’ve cleared my browser cache and still get these errors. I don’t know what else to do.

    Help!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting your custom permalinks to the WP default setting?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
