Cannot delete failed backups

    Backups (BackupGuard vers. 1.6.0 ) were failing and now I am unable to delete the failed backup. I reverted back to a much older backup, and I was able to get backups & restores working again, I am just not able to delete the failed ones.

    Cache has been cleared. no help.

    What do you mean by saying the backups were failing? Was the button unresponsive or else the buttons all worked fine but the status was failed? If it’s the second case, please, send a log of any of the failed backups for us to troubleshoot.

    Let us please find out why the backups didn’t work with the new version and fix that for you. We will not be able to provide updates/fix the older versions so the best solution would be making the latest version work as it should for you.
