Cannot delete a top header image

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a theme and installed it successfully and then decided that I wanted to remove and replace the top header image which exists on all the internal pages (revolution slider is on the home page) and even though I can delete some of these top headers from some of the pages on other pages despite me uploading the new image and it appears to be uploaded successfully and I can view it in the media library the original image for the top header has not been deleted from the page.

I thought this might be a cache issue so I deleted all the browser files but the problem still persists. I also asked the hosting company to delete their cache as well but the problem is still there.

Any suggestions would be great.
