Cannot delete a Feature that contains an apostrophe

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue as others with packages and the “!” … I want to delete a feature witch contain a “‘” (apostrophe, frequent character in french), but it does not work.
Also, each time I save the changes to my table price, there is a new “\” added in front of the “‘” (I know it’s about Php).
Please can you fix this issue ?
