Cannot declare class WhichBrowser\Parser

Hello,
I’m getting this critical error:
2023-03-13T21:26:44+00:00 CRITICAL Cannot declare class WhichBrowser\Parser, because the name is already in use in /home/w0efpec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/integration/whichbrowser/src/Parser.php in Zeile 7
I never had this error before, so it could be related to WP Rocket since this is a brand new plugin added to the site (though I’m not sure).

Would this be a suitable fix, what do you think?
