  • Dear @robert1b,

Could you, please, clarify if you have tried to deactivate our main Free plugin getting this error?

We need more details about the error, please.

Seems your debug mode is on as well, could you please, turn it off and recheck the results?

Yes I tried to deactivate main plugin ‘popup builder’
Same results with debug set to false, but no info what is wrong. Just get white board with info about critical error.
Your plugin create over 22k cron jobs and slow down my site very much.
I want to delete these jobs but it is impossible.

    Hi @robert1b ,

I am sorry that you are experiencing this.
The error that you see is caused because you are trying to deactivate the main plugin when there are Popup Builder extensions which are still active.

As for the cron jobs, again I am terribly sorry for this, could you please check whether you are using the latest version (3.60) of the plugin.
If no, please try to upgrade it as we had fixed the issue in the latest updates.

In case you have the same issue, please, try to use this plugin: WP Crontrol

Last but not least if you could send me the debug log file, (from the popup Settings) it would help us to create the same environment and check it more thoroughly.

I understand that this is a lot to ask but your input will be greatly appreciated.
