Cannot deactivate or remove Phoenix Media Rename

  • I am trying to deactivate all my image plugins to determine if an error is happening.

    I cannot deactivate Phoenix Media Rename. And I cannot delete it, either.

    Please help.

    Hi @billyjoecain,
    it is quite strange: the deactivation process is not managed by Phoenix Media Rename, but from WordPress.

    Do you have some plugin that manages updates or other activities related to other plugins?

    Which error do you receive when you try to disable Phoenix Media Rename?

    If you can’t disable Phoenix Media Rename, you can safely remove it via ftp deleting the folder “phoenix-media-rename”.
