Hi, I need to deactivate this plugin so that a developer can troubleshoot an unrelated issue on a new WP site I am developing. For some reason, when I try to deactivate it, I receive the message: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I am the site admin but have not received a message with instructions. Can you help me resolve this issue? I plan to continue to use the plugin on behalf of my client but there is obviously something wrong if it can’t be deactivated on the front end.

    Thank you,
    Linda Shore

  • I have the same issue. I really would like to get this working as it looked good. I am not sure what happened but it is not working now and I can’t remove it/deactivate it…or whatever else might get it running again.

Same deal here. It is a pain when things do not work, please fix or email as the notice stated.

Did anyone find a solution to this? My site is having problem after problem at the minute and I’m trying to deactivate all plugins and this one keeps throwing up critical errors.

Edit – I removed it from the files – and it seemes to have stopped a few other of the critical errors.
