• This contact form plug-in allows you to have an Email field, a Subject field, and a Message field. It looks great here, but you have to get the professional version to be able to customize your contact forms.

    From the developer’s website:
“The Form Builder lets you to add/edit/remove fields into the form and also to specify the validation rules for your form (required fields, email fields, etc…). Note: The form builder is completely available only in the Professional version.”
See https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/forms/contact-form-to-email under the heading “The Form Builder”.

If you are happy with the pre-selected fields and how it looks, as-is, you will be happy with this plugin. If you want to customize it at all, you may want to look for another one.

Thank you for your response, codepeople. I appreciate it! I think a Name, Email, Subject, and Message field would be enough for most people, along with the ability to customize the form a bit to fit with the website theme. Or maybe it could inherit some of the styling from the theme itself? I think any additional features or fields would certainly be considered extra. Thank you for your consideration. It sounds like the rest of the features work great!
