Cannot customize

    Hi,
    When I wanted to customize, I got this msg: “There was a problem when trying to load the customizer.Please open your browser debug tool, and report any error message (in red) printed in the javascript console in the Hueman theme forum.

    Followed by this: “Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.”

    Can you please tell me how to fix this issue.

  • Hi,

    Wait for the customizer to be fully loaded before clicking on any option.
    This will prevent error.

    I know it’s a very long wait, but if you click on any option before it fully loads, it will very likely to cause an error.

    Followed by this: “Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.”

    As for this message. Publish your post before using the customizer to view it.

    Hello @nevenastajcic, thanks for reporting the problem. Yes this is currently an issue on some servers.
    I am currently working on improving the performances on the initial loading phase.
    This will be part of the next hueman addons release.

    Before that, let us know if following Denzel’s recommendation helped.

    Thanks @nicolas and @denzel, but still the problem is present…this happens often…at first I had no problems with it, so chose this beautiful theme…but now I can’t get into settings…yesterday, one time today…although attempts 20 times per day
