    When I click on “customize” I am taken to the Customize page. But none of the dropdown options open with the net result that customization cannot take place.
    What am I doing wrong?

    We had a similar report and found the problem for that. Can you, please confirm whether you have installed ExpressCurate WordPress Plugin v1.2.14? If so, please update to the latest v1.2.15. It contains several important fixes.
