Cannot create user error

    Hi,

    I’ve used this plugin to flawlessly move a WP site (this was weeks ago) so I’m not sure what the problem is the server I’m moving to has all the requirements.

    I keep getting this single error of “cannot create user” and of course, the package is not unzipped and nothing really is done, although I see the success screen.

    Bad thing is… the old hosting account I’m moving the site from has expired so I’m left with either making duplicator correctly restore the site or find a way to do it manually with the files and database.

    That is strange never heard of that one before. You might go ahead and submit a support ticket so I can look more closely at your issue…
