Cannot create tickets – HIGH impact issue

Hi all.

Client has purchased Events Tickets Plus and its all loaded. I’m trying to create a zero cost ticket for Events, yet every time I do his I cannot make one! I’ve added Woocommerce, Stripe, etc. all seem activated properly, yet i still cannot create a zero cost, free, ticket in the system.

Any help or direction here would be great, I’ve followed through the onlnie guides and i’m totally stumped as to why I cannot create a zero cost ticket.
