Cannot create new ticket

    Hi,

    I am setting up the plugin on my site but I cannot create a new ticket. I have the following error:

    Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /www/sites/076/7c1/[DOMAIN=CENSORED]/web/wp-content/plugins/osticket-wp-bridge/includes/userdata.php on line 70

    any suggestions?

    Hello Ben,
    I am currently working on this now and will be ready shortly in version 1.9.2

    Since, osTicket versions 1.8.0 & up database tables has changed plus the PHP version needs to be 5.3, your warning above indicates your running 1.8+ of osTicket.

    I have to write a separate side of the plugin to accommodate all versions.

    osTicket-WP-Bridge v1.9.2 is now ready & does work with osTicket 1.8.1
