That is an odd error message to see in that use model. When you use the Custom Post Type URL, which you show above, the plugin detects the post and effectively injects the shortcode for the form into the WordPress stream which then allows WordPress to process the URL as if it were a regular page or single post with just the form shortcode.

Is there anything special about how you defined the form? Is the status draft or private or anything like that? What the error means is the post ID for the form can’t be found.

There is a DEBUG mode you can enable, it is on the Advanced Tab of the Google Forms Settings (Dashboard > Settings > Google Forms) which would likely show progress through the plugin and might allow me to where things are going askew.

    Thanks the info.

There is nothing special about the form as far as I know (I don’t think it is in draft or private both of which are options I have never used) – you can fill in the form can you not?

Using the Debug mode did not result in an visual log – is there any specific place where I can expect to find the log file?

    Thanks
