    The free version of our plugin indeed only allows 1 form.

    Ok! I will talk my clients about it, I am pretty sure they will buy the Premium version. It is only $49, no mensual payment, right?

    Hi,

    The price is per year for Premium support and updates. After a year the automatic updates on the Premium version stop and you will no longer receive Premium support.
    However you can keep using the plugin even if you don’t extend the license, on your own risk (no updates!).

    At the moment there is no automatic renewal, but you will receive some emails in the end of the year.
